Who We Are
We are an employment agency registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) of Singapore in 2012.
We started off as a recruitment specialist for the Technology sector, solely serving our clients in the Information Technology industry. Through the merger with Recruitnex Consultancy in 2017, we formed a robust team with role specialisation across industries, which in turn brought forth a more comprehensive recruitment solution and services as well as a bigger pool of candidates which includes blue-collar and white-collar workers. Periodically, we also work with selective recruitment partners to supply talents for ad-hoc projects.
Today, Hecal is also a Migrant Domestic Helper placement agency. We assist private households in hiring live-in helper or housekeeper to meet their personal needs for childcare, eldercare, housekeeping and/or cooking.
